Preparation of a written Specification/Project Manual providing further description of materials to Supplement the drawings.

Documentation of materials, finishes, and fixture decisions with location coding integrated in the drawings.


Construction Administration Phase

Meetings with the General Contractor on the construction site at regular intervals.

Preparation of clarification sketches related to on-site questions from subcontractors.

Review of schedules, sample and submittals of monthly AIA Request for Payment forms.
