Peter has a network of Cape Cod and Long Island’s finest consultants and craftsmen.

Licensed Architect in Massachusetts
Diploma in Architecture, Institute of Environmental Design, Gujarat, India
Has been actively engaged in residential architecture since 1994, and moved to Martha’s Vineyard in 1997.
Darran excels in town approvals and construction detailing.

Bachelor’s of Architecture and Urbanism, Federal University of Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais, Brazil
Moved to Martha’s Vineyard in 2001, has been studying and working in architecture since 2015.
Carolina’s strengths include client communication, construction management and design.

Has worked in architecture since 1997 and relocated to Martha’s Vineyard in 2010.
Guntars brings 25 years of experience in luxury residential architecture in Greenwich CT, Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard.
Our diverse team brings in unique perspectives and multicultural experiences that contribute to one-of-a-kind design ideas and constructions. Darran, Carolina, and Guntars speak Hindi, Portuguese, and Latvian respectively as well as English.
